Upon initiating Working Log Free, users can customize their working shift patterns via the "Base Setting" option. The personalization activities extend to allocating colors to different working patterns for easy visual identifications on the calendar. Furthermore, users can configure their base working hours, overtime increments, and designated break periods within the application.

Daily time entries are simplified. A simple touch allows users to input 'IN' and 'OUT' times, and any attendance-related notes or selections—such as work absence, paid leave, or time off in lieu—are instantly reflected in the calendar, streamlining the tracking process.

The time card feature provides a monthly overview of workdays, absences, paid leaves, overtime, and more in a concise list format. This allows for an at-a-glance monitoring of attendance records. For additional convenience, these records can be directly emailed from the app to facilitate reporting or record-keeping.

Other functionalities include marking important dates on the calendar with customizable symbols, selecting the start day of the week, securing data with a password, and backing up data to an SD card.
